随着新课程改革的深入推进以及教学观念的更新,初中英语课堂教学模式、学习氛围、学习方法等都得到了改进,这对提高教学效果具有重要影响。但不能忽视的是,目前教学中仍然存在不足,阻碍课程改革的深入推进和教学效果的提升。教师可以通过课堂观察发现教学中的不足,然后分析成因,并在今后的教学中改进和完善。通过课堂观察发现,当前牛津初中英语教学存在的不足主要表现为:教学目标不明确,片面强调教学趣味性;忽视对学生进行有效指导,过分强调合作。本文在分析这些不足的基础上,探究其形成原因,并提出解决对策。
With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum and the updating of the teaching concept, the English classroom teaching model, learning atmosphere and learning methods of junior middle school have been improved, which has an important impact on improving teaching effectiveness. However, it can not be ignored that there are still some shortcomings in teaching at present, hindering the deepening of curriculum reform and improving teaching effectiveness. Teachers can observe the deficiencies in teaching through classroom observation, and then analyze the causes, and improve and perfect in the future teaching. Through the classroom observation, it is found that there are some shortcomings in current Oxford junior high school English teaching: the teaching goal is not clear, one-sided emphasis on teaching interest; ignore the effective guidance of students, overemphasis on cooperation. Based on the analysis of these shortcomings, this article explores the reasons for its formation and proposes countermeasures.
