以郑州市郑东新区望龙西桥为例,对采用满堂支架施工的斜拉桥主梁的支架进行强度和稳定性验算,通过采用有限元软件Midas/Civil 2012计算出了主梁内力重分布,支架反力也进行了重分布,给出了支架受力最不利区域,对施加横向预应力和纵向预应力后的支架重新进行稳定性验算。对张拉预应力之后不满足稳定性要求的支架,提出了解决方案,同时计算了在拆除部分支架后剩余支架的稳定性。
Taking the Wanglong West Bridge in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou as an example, the strength and stability of the main girder of the cable-stayed bridge under full support construction are checked. The internal force redistribution of the main girder is calculated by the finite element software Midas / Civil 2012 , The reaction force of the stent is also redistributed, and the most unfavorable area of the stent force is given. The stability check of the stent after applying the transverse prestress and the longitudinal prestressing force is performed. A solution is proposed for the stent which does not satisfy the stability requirements after the prestressing is prestressed, and the stability of the remaining stent after the partial stent is removed is calculated.
