本世纪七十年代中期,人们开始对离子通道有了兴趣,并把主要精力集中在钠离子通道的研究方面。八十年代后期,人们对钾离子通道的研究逐渐超过了钠离子通道,这主要是因为钾离子通道在人体的各项生理功能中有着重要作用。另外,钾离子通道调控剂如钾通道开放剂和钾通道阻断剂在治疗人体某些疾病方面有着独特的优越的疗效。本文就钾通道的分类、结构及其阻断剂作一简单综述。
The mid-seventies of this century, people began to have interest in ion channels, and the main focus on sodium ion channel research. In the late 1980s, research on potassium ion channels gradually surpassed sodium ion channels, mainly because potassium channels play an important role in various physiological functions of the human body. In addition, potassium channel modulators such as potassium channel openers and potassium channel blockers have uniquely superior therapeutic effects in the treatment of certain diseases in the human body. In this paper, the classification, structure and blockers of potassium channels are briefly reviewed.
