以挖掘轨迹为基础,以挖掘机挖掘轨迹的自动化控制系统为手段,在实验室条件下对挖掘过程进行了大量的测试,阐明了挖掘散体料堆过程中出现“错落作用”的部位,并以此为基础,确定了挖掘机挖掘过程中新的工况位置,建立了最大切削厚度新的计算方法,从而为挖掘机的初始设计提供了依据。
Based on the excavation trajectory, an automatic control system of excavator excavation trajectory is taken as a measure to conduct a large number of tests on the excavation process under the laboratory conditions, and clarifies the site of “spalling” during the excavation of the bulk material pile. Based on this, the new condition of excavator excavation process was established and a new calculation method of maximum cutting thickness was established, which provided the basis for the initial design of excavator.
