我们国家更加重视实行积极的就业和失业等政策,保持了就业的基本稳定。可是我们国家当前失业现象日趋严峻,失业率不断上升。新疆是我国的一个不可分割的一部分,现在新疆失业保险制度呈现出各种不足,需要相应的改进和完善。目前我区失业保险的资金大量不足,覆盖面过窄,资金收缴困难。因此政府要发挥自己的作用,也要促进实行失业保险的直接性、强制性、互济性等特点的作用,在失业保险资金筹集、支付、管理上进行进一步完善。 Our country places more emphasis on implementing active employment and unemployment policies and maintains the basic stability of employment. However, the current joblessness in our country is worsening and the unemployment rate keeps rising. Xinjiang is an inalienable part of our country. Nowadays, the unemployment insurance system in Xinjiang shows various deficiencies and needs to be improved and perfected accordingly. At present, there are a large number of unemployment insurance funds in our area, coverage is too narrow, and fund collection difficulties. Therefore, the government should play its own role as well as promote the direct, mandatory and reciprocal benefits of unemployment insurance so as to further improve the fundraising, payment and management of unemployment insurance.
