作为目前评价经济发展较成功的方法之一,人类发展指数(HDI)自1990年提出至今,联合国计划开发署等机构和各国学者进行了探索和改进。文章聚焦于国内外在此领域的最新进展,从HDI提出的理论基础、指标选取及测算、方法应用等层面进行文献梳理,指出已有研究在HDI的指标选择、阈值确定、数据质量、合成方法、仅评价国别发展而未涉及一国内部区域差距等方面存在缺陷,建议从理论基础的拓展、本土化研究的实践、影响指标的增加和测量方法的改进、比较研究的推进等方面加以改进。 As one of the most successful methods for evaluating economic development, the Human Development Index (HDI) has been proposed since 1990 and has been explored and improved by institutions such as the United Nations Development Program and other countries. This paper focuses on the latest developments in this field both at home and abroad. The paper reviews the theoretical basis, index selection and calculation, and application of methods proposed by HDI. It points out that the index selection, threshold determination, data quality, , It only evaluates the flaws in the development of the country but does not involve the regional disparity in one country. It is suggested to improve the theoretical basis, the practice of localization research, the increase of influence index, the improvement of measurement methods and the promotion of comparative studies .
