王阳明的学说是其全部人生体验的结晶和升华。若要把握阳明哲学的精神需从对其人生体验的理解入手。本文一方面着力揭示阳明晚年洒落而沉痛的心境，为理解阳明哲学打通路径；另一方面通过对作为其哲学的血脉和灵魂的基本范畴和命题的分析，发掘阳明哲学的真实意蕴。从总体上讲，阳明哲学立足于人的现实的感性生命，但又要根除人的现实的感性冲动，以此彰现人性的伟大与崇高。阳明哲学的现实意义主要不在于它解决问题的方略，而在于它所提出的问题和所展示的哲学创造的基础 Wang Yangming’s doctrine is the crystallization and sublimation of all his life experiences. To grasp the spirit of Yangming philosophy needs to start with the understanding of their life experience. On the other hand, through the analysis of the basic categories and propositions as the philosophical blood and soul, this paper explores the true connotation of Yangming’s philosophy. Generally speaking, Yangming philosophy bases itself on the sensual life of human reality, but also eradicates the realistic impulse of human beings in order to highlight the greatness and loftiness of human nature.
