现就我科1997年3月至2001年3月间收治的使用降压药降压过快、过低引起的57例脑梗死患者诊疗分析如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料本组57例病人,男32例,女25例,年龄43～78岁,平均61.6±5.3岁。本组病人全部有高血压病史,最长为21年,最短1天。入院前血压最高达280～180/160～100mmHg,全部病人均有用降压药物史。入院时血压150～80/90～50mmHg。全部病人均行头颅CT和/或MRI,符合1995年第四届全国脑血管疾病学术会议通过的诊断标准,排
