针对国内和国外两个大型网络情报提供机构针对中国市场的报告类情报产品的定价机制进行了实证研究。并分析不同商业情报机构的定价策略,寻找影响网络情报产品定价策略选择的主要因素,以及国外机构在定价策略方面对国内机构的借鉴,发现网络情报产品所具有的时效性强、固定成本高而复制成本低的成本结构等特性,是影响其定价的主要因素。
This paper conducts an empirical research on the pricing mechanism of reporting intelligence products targeting at the Chinese market, which is provided by two large-scale cyber intelligence providers at home and abroad. And analyzes the pricing strategies of different commercial intelligence agencies to find out the main factors influencing the selection of pricing strategies for cyber intelligence products and the reference of foreign institutions to domestic institutions in terms of pricing strategies and finds that cyber intelligence products have strong timeliness and high fixed costs The cost structure with low copy cost and other characteristics are the main factors affecting its pricing.
