本文针对宝钢钢管厂Φ１８００ｍｍ冷锯机存在的问题，对冷锯机的进锯载荷及锯片传动轴扭矩进行了现场测试及分析，找出了原因，为改进冷锯机提供了依据。
In this paper, Baosteel Steel Mill Φ1800mm cold sawing machine problems, on the cold saw saw load and saw blade drive shaft torque field test and analysis to find out the reasons for the improvement of cold saw machine provided the basis.
