OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of nimodipine and its metabolites in human liver microsomes. This method was used to study the kinetics of nimodipine metabolism in microsomes. Methods: The HPLC method was used on a Hypersil C18 column with acetonitrile-water (62:38) UV detection at a wavelength of 238 nm. The sample was extracted with diethyl ether-n-hexane (1: 1). Results: The recovery rate of this law 94.3% ~ 98.5%, days and days
