本文对我国汽车产品市场准入管理的历史沿革、管理内容与流程、标准要求、检验机构以及其他相关管理制度进行了介绍。目前我国汽车产品公告管理由国家工业和信息化部主管,由指定的中介机构承担相关管理业务,由授权的国家级检测机构进行产品质量检测。另外,我国汽车产品还应满足强制性认证(CCC)管理、国家环保认证管理、地方环保认证管理等要求。
This article introduces the historical evolution, management content and process, standard requirements, inspection agencies and other related management systems of the market access management of automotive products in China. At present, China’s automotive product bulletin management by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in charge of designated intermediary agencies assume the relevant management business, authorized by the state-level testing agencies for product quality testing. In addition, China’s automotive products should also meet the mandatory certification (CCC) management, national environmental certification management, local environmental certification management requirements.
