采用正交实验,分别研究了氧燃率、喷涂距离对爆炸喷涂WC-Co涂层性能的影响.通过工艺优化,获得了结构均匀致密、硬度高、弹性模量大、耐磨性能好的WC-Co涂层.利用XRD和SEM分析涂层的物相组成、观察其微观结构,经截面与表面力学性能和磨损性能对比,优化后的涂层表现出近似各向同性特征.分析指出涂层均匀的微观结构及低孔隙率是导致其近似各向同性特征的主要原因.
Orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effect of oxygen burning rate and spray distance on the performance of WC-Co detonation spray coating respectively.With the optimized process, WC was obtained with uniform structure, high hardness, high elastic modulus and good wear resistance -Co coating.The phase composition of the coating was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The microstructure of the coating was observed and compared with the mechanical properties and wear properties of the surface.The optimized coating showed nearly isotropic characteristics.The analysis indicated that the coating The homogenous microstructure and low porosity are the main reasons leading to its approximate isotropic character.
