针对4∶1典型纤维配比的格鲁斑胶合竹材进行面内剪切与面外剪切试验,通过研究相关的规范和结合材料本身的特性以及参考《木材物理力学试验方法》、ASTM D 143-94《木材无疵小试件的试验方法》等制定了剪切试验的夹具与试验方法,并得到面内剪切与面外剪切的强度平均值,同时利用统计学相关知识对剪切试验数据进行分析,发现:Weibull分布能较好地描述面外剪切的分布规律,正态分布能较好地满足面内剪切的分布特点。试验结果表明:加载方式与纤维的排列对格鲁斑胶合竹材的剪切强度影响较大。通过与其他几种常见建筑材料比较,表明格鲁斑胶合竹材能够满足剪切强度的要求。
For the 4: 1 typical fiber ratio of Grunei glued bamboo in-plane shear and out-of-plane shear test by studying the relevant norms and the characteristics of the material itself and the reference to “wood physical and mechanical test method” ASTM D 143 -94 “non-defective small pieces of wood test methods” and developed a shear test fixture and test methods, and get the average in-plane shear and out-of-plane shear strength, while the use of statistical knowledge of shear The experimental data are analyzed and it is found that Weibull distribution can well describe the distribution law of out-of-plane shear. The experimental results show that the loading mode and the arrangement of fibers have a great influence on the shear strength of Grunei cemented bamboo. By comparing with several other common building materials, it shows that the glued bamboo can meet the requirement of shear strength.
