目的:研究中药金果榄(Radix Tinosporae)两种基源植物:青牛胆(Tinospora sagittata)和金果榄(Tinospora capillipes)的化学成分,并比较它们物质基础的差别,为中药多基源植物的应用提供证据。方法:青牛胆和金果榄的根分别用95%的乙醇回流提取,在真空下浓缩提供乙醇提取物。乙醇提取物分别用氯仿和正丁醇萃取。氯仿部位和正丁醇部位分别用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶技术及反相HPLC半制备液相分离纯化,所得化合物通过它们的波谱数据并与文献值比较进行鉴定。结果:从青牛胆从分离鉴定了12个化合物(1-12)。另外从金果榄中分离鉴定了11个与青牛胆中化合物相同的结构(1-11)。结论:中药金果榄两种基源植物具有类似的化学物质基础。其中化合物1-3及7-9为首次从金果榄中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the two base plants of Radix Tinosporae, Tinospora sagittata and Tinospora capillipes, and to compare the differences in their material basis. The application provides evidence. Methods: The roots of C. virgaurea and C. oleifera were separately extracted with 95% ethanol and concentrated in vacuo to provide ethanol extract. Ethanol extracts were extracted with chloroform and n-butanol, respectively. Chloroform and n-butanol fractions were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, recrystallization technique and reversed-phase HPLC. The obtained compounds were identified by their spectral data and compared with literature values. RESULTS: Twelve compounds (1-12) were isolated from the green cattle gall bladder. In addition, 11 compounds (1-11) that were identical to those in Qingniu gallbladder were isolated and identified from Jinguo Lam. Conclusion: Two kinds of basic source plants of the traditional Chinese medicine Ruoqiang Lam have similar chemical basis. Compounds 1-3 and 7-9 were isolated from the fruit for the first time.
