以Ti-75%Al热爆合成体系为对象,研究了一种基于热爆炸理论的热爆临界温度(θ'ign)DSC判据在材料热爆合成领域中应用的可能性.采用该判据得到 Ti-75%Al体系在不同加热速率下的θ'ign,并结合多元线性回归法预测该体系等温热爆临界温度为 728.9 ℃,与由等温 DSC观察获得的 740——740 ℃的结果非常接近,从而证明该判据适用于快速确定金属二元系热爆合成的临界点燃温度
Taking Ti-75% Al thermal explosion synthesis system as an example, the possibility of applying DSC criterion of thermal explosion critical temperature (θ’ign) based on thermal explosion theory in the field of thermal explosion synthesis of materials was studied. The θ’ign of Ti-75% Al system at different heating rates was obtained by using this criterion, and the critical temperature of the system was predicted to be 728.9 ℃ by multivariate linear regression analysis. Compared with the 740 --740 ℃ results are very close to prove that the criterion is suitable for rapid determination of metal binary system thermal explosion of the critical ignition temperature
