本文以高效瑜伽形体选项对女生身心健康影响的思路构建探究为题展开论述。在研究的过程中,选取南方某校瑜伽形体选项班的125名女生作为研究对象。采用实验法与问卷调查法来进行研究。结果显示,加强瑜伽形体练习后,可以提高女生的身体柔韧度,改善肺活量功能,并塑造良好的体型。同时,开设瑜伽形体练习课,有助于提高女大学生的身心健康水平。 This essay begins with an exploration of how to construct a research on the impact of body shape and physique of girls in high-efficiency yoga form options. In the course of the study, 125 girls from a yoga class in a certain southern school were selected as the research object. Using the experimental method and the questionnaire method to carry on the research. The results show that strengthening physical yoga practice can improve girls’ body flexibility, improve vital capacity and create a good body shape. At the same time, the establishment of yoga form practice class, help to improve the level of physical and mental health of female college students.
