本文报导仙灵脾和肉苁蓉对人淋巴细胞E花结形成和酸性α—醋酸萘酚酶酯酶(ANAE)活性的影响.正常人外周血淋巴细胞与药物在体外37℃共温1小时后测定活性E(Ea)和总E(Et)花结率,花结涂片作ANAE染色.结果表明,阳性对照药猪胸腺素F5(500μg/ml)、左旋咪唑(10μg/ml)和黄芪低浓度(5mg/ml)时,补肾药仙灵脾和肉苁蓉低浓度(5mg/ml)时均能增加Ea花结率,但对Et花结率无影响.而黄芪、仙灵脾和肉苁蓉高浓度(50mg/ml)时均可降低Et花结率.实验中未见猪胸腺素F_5和左旋咪唑能增高ANAE~+淋巴细胞百分率,但黄芪、仙灵脾和肉苁蓉在高浓度或低浓度时可降低ANAE~+淋巴细胞百分率.本文结果提示补肾药仙灵脾和肉苁蓉在一定浓度下能促进Ea花结形成,但抑制淋巴细胞ANAE活性的作用需进一步探讨.
This paper reports the effects of Epimedium and Cistanche on the formation of human E-lymphocyte E and the activity of acidic α-acetoxynaphtholase esterase (ANAE). Normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes and drugs were measured at 37°C for 1 hour in vitro. The rate of active E (Ea) and total E (Et) rosettes and ANAE stained rosettes. The results showed that the positive control agents were thymosin F5 (500 μg/ml), levamisole (10 μg/ml) and low concentrations of jaundice. (5mg/ml), when the low concentration (5mg/ml) of Epimedimium splendens and Cistanche Bushii could increase the Ea rose rate, but had no effect on the Et rose rate, while the high concentration of Astragalus, Epimedium and Cistanche deserticola ( The rate of Et rose can be decreased when treated with 50mg/ml). Pig thymosin F_5 and levamisole did not increase the percentage of ANAE~+ lymphocytes in the experiment, but Huangqi, Epimedium and Cistanche can be decreased at high or low concentrations. The results of this article suggest that Bushen Yaoxian spleen and Cistanche can promote the formation of Ea rosette at a certain concentration, but the inhibitory effect of ANAE activity of lymphocytes needs further exploration.
