构建法官与律师间的和谐关系和良性互动体制,法官或法院处于矛盾的主要方面,律师或律协是关键因素。当今法治环境下,法官与律师关系问题,可谓敏感又重要。笔者认为,应当构建法官与律师之间的和谐关系,建立并完善“组织上多往来、私下里慎交往”的良性互动机制。在这个关系中,法官或者说法院处于矛盾的主要方面,而律师或者说律协又是关键因素。
Building a harmonious relationship between judges and lawyers and a virtuous interaction system where judges or courts are in conflict are the key aspects of a lawyer or a lawyer’s association. In today’s legal environment, the relationship between judges and lawyers can be described as sensitive and important. The author believes that we should build a harmonious relationship between judges and lawyers and establish and improve the benign interaction mechanism of “organizing contacts, private contacts”. In this relationship, the judge or the court is in a major contradiction, and lawyers or the lawyers are the key factors.
