低温(t≤8℃)条件下贮运,是确保疫苗效价,提高接种质量的重要措施之一。其冷链传递末端所使用的保冷背包以水为载冷体的冰排国内外已趋于规范化、标准化。虽然国内外相继开发了许多新型载冷体,但其比热容特性超过水的极少。一种新的WH高分子材料,经中科院化学所多次检测,证明具有非常大的比热容,居国际领先水平,是一种国际首创的高蓄冷材料,可成为优良的冰排载冷剂。为此黑龙江省站进行了充水冰排和充聚WH材料冰排对比测试。
