为科学合理地确定岗位薪点值,设计了一种新的计算方法。根据工业企业岗位工作的特点,在遵循相关原则的基础上,建立了以劳动技能、劳动责任、劳动强度和劳动环境为二级指标的岗位劳动综合评价指标体系;通过基于格栅获取的模糊borda数分析法,确定指标体系各因素的权重;同时采用德尔菲法与加权综合法相结合的方法得出各岗位的薪点值。实际运用表明:该方法具有一定的科学性与可行性。
In order to scientifically and reasonably determine the salary value of a post, a new calculation method is designed. According to the characteristics of post jobs in industrial enterprises, based on the relevant principles, a comprehensive evaluation index system of post work based on labor skills, labor responsibilities, labor intensity and working environment was established.
