目的探讨并比较X线与CT诊断鼻骨骨折诊断临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年3月至2012年4月收治鼻骨骨折患者94例CT及X线影像学资料,比较患者两种影像学检查方式临床诊断阳性率及各种类型鼻骨骨折阳性率。结果全部患者X线检查判定鼻骨骨折46例,可疑鼻骨骨折19例,未见鼻骨骨折29例,所占比例分别为48.9%,20.2%,30.9%;全部患者CT检查判定鼻骨骨折94例,可疑鼻骨骨折0例,未见鼻骨骨折0例,所占比例分别为100.0%,0.0%,0.0%;CT检查患者鼻骨骨折、可疑鼻骨骨折及未见鼻骨骨折例数与X线检查组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);全部患者CT检查判定单纯鼻骨骨折22例,鼻中隔骨折58例,复合鼻骨骨折14例,临床符合率分别为100.0%,100.0%,100.0%;全部患者X线检查判定单纯鼻骨骨折22例,鼻中隔骨折58例,复合鼻骨骨折14例,临床符合率分别为100.0%,100.0%,100.0%;CT检查患者单纯鼻骨骨折、鼻中隔骨折、复合鼻骨骨折阳性率与X线检查组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论与X线相比,CT诊断鼻骨骨折阳性率及准确度均较高,可作为鼻骨骨折首选影像学诊断方法加以应用。
Objective To investigate and compare the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2010 to April 2012 admitted to patients with nasal fracture in 94 cases of CT and X-ray imaging data, the two patients in the clinical diagnosis of imaging examination positive rate and various types of nasal fracture positive rate. Results All the patients were diagnosed as nasal fracture in 46 cases, suspicious nasal fracture in 19 cases, no nasal fracture in 29 cases, accounting for 48.9%, 20.2% and 30.9% respectively. All the patients were suspected of nasal fracture by CT, There were 0 cases of nasal bone fracture and 0 cases of nasal bone fracture, the proportions were 100.0%, 0.0% and 0.0% respectively. There were significant differences between nasal bone fracture, suspected nasal bone fracture and no nasal bone fracture in X-ray examination (P0.05) .There were 22 cases of simple nasal fracture, 58 cases of nasal septal fracture and 14 cases of complex nasal bone fracture in all the patients. The coincidence rates were 100.0%, 100.0% and 100.0% Nasal bone fracture in 22 cases, nasal septum fracture in 58 cases, composite nasal bone fracture in 14 cases, clinical compliance rates were 100.0%, 100.0%, 100.0%; CT examination of patients with simple nasal fracture, nasal septum fracture, composite nasal fracture positive rate and X-ray examination group The difference was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Compared with X-ray, the positive rate and accuracy of CT diagnosis of nasal bone fracture are high, which can be used as the imaging diagnostic method of nasal fracture preferred.
