许多企业对廉政文化建设存在着诸如认识不清晰、价值认知模糊、企业廉政制度不完善、企业廉政文化建设积极性不高等问题，需要从提高对廉政文化建设的认识、建立高效的企业廉政文化建设激励考核机制、通过组织协调形成廉政文化建设的合力等几个方面来全面企业推进廉政文化建设。
