rb-bFGF联合纳米银敷料在小儿非功能部位深II度烧伤创面临床研究

目的探讨rb-bFGF联合纳米银敷料在小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面临床研究。方法选取解放军159医院2014年1月至2014年6月80例小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿,按不同治疗方法随机分为2组,对照组给予磺胺嘧啶银乳膏换药治疗,实验组给予rb-bFGF联合纳米银敷料治疗,分别统计创面愈合时间,创面愈合率(第7天、14天及21天),细菌检出阳性率及不良反应。结果 rb-bFGF联合纳米银敷料应用能促进创面愈合,实验组愈合时间明显较对照组缩短(P<0.01),不同时间点创面愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),抑菌效果与对照组相当(P>0.05),治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论 rb-bFGF联合纳米银敷料在小儿非功能部位深II度烧伤创面效果较好,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical research of rb-bFGF combined with nanosilver dressing on pediatric deep second degree burn wounds. Methods A total of 80 children with deep second degree burn in pediatric hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was given sulfadiazine silver cream dressing. The experimental group was given rb -bFGF combined with nano-silver dressing were applied to treat wound healing time, wound healing rate (days 7, 14 and 21), positive rate of bacterial detection and adverse reactions. Results The application of rb-bFGF combined with nanosilver dressing could promote wound healing. The healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the wound healing rate at different time points was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) The control group (P> 0.05), no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment. Conclusion rb-bFGF combined with nano-silver dressing in children with non-functional parts of deep II degree burn wounds better, it is worth further clinical application.
