健康中国2030战略下,比较现代健身方法与传统养生对健康促进效果,探索传统和现代两种不同健身方式的有效契合点。通过走访调查、专家访谈和文献参考等方法对健身爱好者进行登记设置对照组,定期筛查统计分类比较,访谈高龄老者,健身教练,专家学者。结果表明传统养生方法相比现代撸铁式健身对健康促进效果更好,但现代健身对身体形态方面有明显优势。两种健身方式有效结合对身体健康、精神状态、身体形态促进效果更明显。
Health China 2030 strategy, the comparison of modern fitness methods and health promotion effect of traditional health, to explore the traditional and modern fitness of two different fitness points. Through visiting investigation, expert interviews and literature reference methods, the fitness enthusiasts were registered to set up the control group, regular screening statistical classification and comparison, to interview senior citizens, fitness trainers and experts and scholars. The results show that the traditional method of health care compared to modern iron fitness to promote health better, but the modern fitness on body shape has obvious advantages. Effective combination of two fitness methods for physical health, mental state, body shape promotion effect is more obvious.
