针对软岩巷道围岩变形量大、支护困难、围岩具有膨胀性等特点,采用理论计算与现场实测相结合的方法。首先较为准确地计算了巷道所需支护反力;其次考虑到节约资源和经济性,设计了钢管再生混凝土支护为主、金属网支护和混凝喷层支护为辅的支护方案;最后对粗骨料替代率为0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的钢管再生混凝土支架进行监测分析。
Aiming at the characteristics of large deformation of surrounding rock in soft rock roadway, difficulty in supporting and expansion of surrounding rock, the method of combining theoretical calculation with field measurement is adopted. Firstly, the supporting reaction force required for the roadway is calculated more accurately. Secondly, in consideration of resource saving and economy, a supporting plan is given, which is mainly supported by steel pipe recycled concrete, supplemented by metal mesh support and concrete jet support At last, the monitoring and analysis of the recycled aggregate concrete stents with 0, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100% replacement rate of coarse aggregate were carried out.
