介绍了人工养殖的鳝鱼肌肉及肝脏脂肪含量在越冬期间的变化情况。试验结果表明,越冬期间黄鳝肌肉中脂肪含量从2.9%下降到1.7%,下降幅度为41.4%;肝脏中脂肪含量呈上升趋势,从0.7%上升到1.2%,上升幅度为46.2%。
The changes of fat and muscle content in cultured eel muscle during overwintering were introduced. The results showed that during the winter, the fat content in the muscle decreased from 2.9% to 1.7%, and the decrease rate was 41.4%. The fat content in the liver increased from 0.7% to 1.2%, up by 46.2%.
