目的:考察氟脲苷在0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中的稳定性。方法:观察在室内、室内避光和低温条件,24 h内氟脲苷在氯化钠和葡萄糖注射液的外观、pH变化;观察配伍液中不溶性微粒的变化,测定氟脲苷的含量变化。结果:配伍液在24 h内无浑浊、沉淀、气体产生,颜色、pH、不溶性微粒数等无明显变化,在三种不同条件下,氟脲苷在0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中的含量24 h内无明显变化。结论:在实验条件下,注射用氟脲苷在0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中24 h内对光和温度均稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of fiuorouridine in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection. Methods: The changes of appearance and pH of Fluorouridine in sodium chloride and glucose injection were observed within 24 h after indoors and indoors under light and cold conditions. The changes of the content of Fluorouridine were observed by analyzing the changes of insoluble particles in the compatibility solution. Results: There was no obvious change in the compatibility solution within 24 h, precipitation, gas production, color, pH and the number of insoluble particles. Under the three different conditions, Injection content of 24 h no significant change. CONCLUSION: Under the experimental conditions, the light and temperature of Fluuidine for Injection were stable within 24 h in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection.
