1973年我们对成都地区30岁以上正常人的血脂进行了调查,发现高脂血症的发生率为11%,个别单位高达25%。高血脂是冠心病的易患因素之一。采取积极措施以降低血脂水平,对于予防高脂血症发展成为冠心病具有重大意义。为了摸索一种既符合我国人民的生活习惯,又可在基层推广的降血脂的膳食疗法,我们于1975年底至1977年春,对川棉一厂和川医两个单位的高血脂对象,采取适量豆类的膳食疗法,进行了一年多的动态观察。现将初步结果报告如下。

The preliminary results are reported below.
