采用中国省级层面1997～2009年面板数据实证研究了社会资本和制度因素对研发资本投入产出绩效的影响。结果发现,社会资本的认知维度和结构维度对技术创新的产出影响是不同的,我国专利产出的增加主要依靠本国的研发投入和制度的完备程度,技术市场交易额更多地依赖于社会资本的积累和产权的制度化。
Using the panel data from 1997 to 2009 at the provincial level in China, we empirically study the impact of social capital and institutional factors on R & D capital input-output performance. The result shows that the cognitive dimension and the structural dimension of social capital have different effects on the output of technological innovation. The increase of the output of China’s patent mainly depends on its own R & D investment and the degree of completeness of the system. The turnover of the technology market depends more on The accumulation of social capital and the institutionalization of property rights.
