用小鼠Langendorff心脏灌流法 ,测定保存前后的心功能指标及心肌含水量。动物随机分成两组 ,对照组使用mEC保存液 ,粉防己碱组 (TET组 )使用含粉防己碱 0 .0 3mmol/L的mEC液。保存时间为 4h。结果表明 :TET组保存后再灌注 30min、4 0min、6 0min时LVPSP、+DP/DTmax优于mEC组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,TET组保存后再灌注 30min、6 0min时 ,-DP/DTmax显著优于mEC组 (P <0 .0 5)。保存后再灌注 30min、4 0min、6 0min时 ,TET组RPP优于mEC组 ,差异显著(P <0 .0 5)。表明粉防己碱可以明显提高mEC液的心脏保存效果 ,TET组也可以提高保存后心脏的心率和冠脉流量 ,但差异不明显
The Langendorff cardiac perfusion method was used to determine cardiac function and myocardial water content before and after preservation. The animals were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used mEC preservation solution and the tetrandrine group (TET group) used tetradecine-containing mEC solution containing 0.30mmol/L tetrandrine. Save time is 4h. The results showed that the LVPSP and +DP/DTmax were better in the TET group than those in the mec group after 30 minutes, 40 minutes, and 60 minutes of reperfusion (P < 0.05). The TET group was preserved after 30 minutes and 60 minutes of reperfusion. ,-DP/DTmax was significantly better than that of the mec group (P < 0.05). After preservation for 30 min, 40 min, and 60 min after reperfusion, the RTP in TET group was better than that in mec group (P < 0.05). It showed that tetrandrine could significantly improve the cardiac preservation effect of the mEC fluid, and the TET group could also improve the heart rate and coronary flow after the preservation, but the difference was not obvious.
