针对现实生活中人岗匹配问题,文章提出一种新的决策方法。该方法首先引用区间Vague集来描述人岗匹配中的模糊性,通过自下而上的逆向指标体系构建方法,构建了人岗匹配的评价指标体系。为了体现出人岗匹配的动态性,定义了区间Vague集的预测方法,运用新的方法对属性权重进行赋权。在此基础上,利用前景理论对人岗匹配度进行测算,并在时间维度上进行纵向集成。
Aiming at the problem of matching people and posts in real life, a new decision-making method is proposed. The method first refers to the interval Vague set to describe the fuzziness in the man-job matching, and constructs the evaluation index system of man-job matching through the bottom-up construction of the reverse index system. In order to reflect the dynamics of human-job matching, the method of forecasting interval Vague sets is defined and a new method is used to weight the attribute weights. On the basis of this, we use the foreground theory to measure the matching degree between people and posts, and make longitudinal integration in the time dimension.
