在全球化时代,一国的外语教育规划应考虑他国的语言政策、外语语种的语言等级和国际语言秩序、本国的国家战略等因素。南亚是我国实施“一带一路”战略的重要沿线区域,南亚国家复杂的语言状况和语言政策有其特定的历史和社会原因。我国面向南亚的外语教育规划应基于南亚区域的语言等级和语言秩序,进行南亚语言教育的语种规划、功能规划和布局规划,不仅要确定优先发展的关键语种,还要做好相关稀缺语种人才资源的战略储备。
In the era of globalization, one country’s foreign language education planning should take into account other countries’ language policies, language levels of foreign languages and international language order, and their national strategies.
