该文研究了不同掺量Sasobit沥青高温降粘剂在60℃与135℃时对沥青的影响,在此基础上进一步探究其不同掺量下对沥青粘温曲线的影响规律,并对Sasobit进行了红外光谱分析及差热分析,以便于分析其降粘机理。研究和分析结果表明:掺量超过3%时,Sasobit沥青高温降粘剂使得沥青粘温曲线在105℃出现明显转折点;高于此温度时液相的Sasobit增加了沥青的油分,降低了沥青的粘度,而低于此温度时固相的Sasobit将提高沥青的高温路面使用性能。
In this paper, the effects of different dosages of Sasobit high temperature viscosity reducing agent on asphalt at 60 ℃ and 135 ℃ were studied. Based on the results, the influences of different contents of Sasobit asphalt on viscosities of asphalt were further studied. Infrared spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis in order to analyze its viscosity reduction mechanism. The results of the research and analysis show that: Sasobit bitumen viscosity reducing agent makes the viscous temperature curve of the asphalt show a significant turning point at 105 ℃ when the content is more than 3%; and Sasobit increases the bitumen oil content and the content of bitumen Viscosity, while below this temperature Sasobit solid phase will improve the high temperature asphalt pavement performance.
