采用环保磷-氮系和无机阻燃剂对PVC壁纸的面层和基纸层进行了阻燃处理,通过热重、扫描电镜、电子能谱对其性能进行分析,结果表明:阻燃剂抑制了壁纸基纸层和PVC面层分解,促使炭层生成,提高了壁纸的热降解稳定性;影响了炭层结构形状,所形成的蜂窝状炭层结构可起到阻燃作用;磷系阻燃剂在燃烧受热的情况下,分解形成磷酸类物质,能够迅速促进分解产物脱水炭化,形成致密均匀的炭层结构,阻止燃烧进一步发生。
The flame retardant properties of PVC wallcovering and base paper were studied by means of green phosphorus-nitrogen and inorganic flame retardants. The properties of the PVC wallpaper were analyzed by thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and electron spectroscopy. The results showed that flame retardant The decomposition of the base paper and the PVC surface layer causes the carbon layer to be generated and improves the thermal degradation stability of the wallpaper, affects the carbon layer structure and shape, and the formed honeycomb carbon layer structure can play a role of flame retardant. In the case of combustion, the fuel decomposes and forms phosphoric acid substances, which can rapidly promote the dehydration and carbonization of the decomposition products to form a dense and even carbon layer structure and prevent further combustion.
