目的:探讨医院消毒供应中心质量管理中采用持续质量改进的应用效果及其临床价值。方法:于2015年6月至2015年12月期间选取我院消毒供应中心652份样本,于其质量管理工作中实施持续质量改进措施作为管理后,并将其与常规质量管理工作(管理前)对比,分析持续质量改进在消毒供应中心质量管理中的应用效果。结果:管理后消毒供应中心物品送达各科室时间明显短于管理前(P<0.05),且该科室工作人员专业知识掌握率与各科室医务人员满意率等均高于管理前(P<0.05),统计学差异均存在显著性。结论:医院消毒供应中心质量管理中采用持续质量改进措施,可有效缩短该科室物品送达其他科室时间,提高工作人员专业知识掌握率,改善各科室医务人员对该科室管理工作的满意情况,应用效果良好。
Objective: To explore the application effect and clinical value of continuous quality improvement in the quality control of hospital disinfection supply center.
