目的:评析实施业务流程重组(BPR)对提高检验科工作效率的作用。方法:分别统计实施BPR前后各6个月内的检验科各种工作指标,以总的工作量为基数,对不合格标本率、信息反馈比率、投诉比率等指标进行对比分析。结果:与实施BPR前后6个月相比较:工作量增加,差错率和信息反馈率明显减少,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),投诉数量减少,满意度增加,实施BPR后工作效率明显高于实施前。结论:实施BPR对减少差错率和信息反馈率有一定作用,提高了工作效率,并能减少因差错而带来的各种风险及法律纠纷,应定期进行工作流程重组。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of implementing Business Process Reengineering (BPR) on improving the work efficiency of the laboratory. Methods: Statistics of various work indexes of the laboratory department within 6 months before and after the implementation of BPR were respectively counted. Based on the total workload, the indexes of nonconformity rate, information feedback rate and complaint rate were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with 6 months before and after the implementation of BPR, the workload increased, the error rate and the rate of information feedback decreased significantly (P <0.01), the number of complaints decreased and the satisfaction increased. After the implementation of BPR Work efficiency was significantly higher than before the implementation. Conclusion: The implementation of BPR has a certain effect on reducing error rate and information feedback rate, improving work efficiency and reducing various risks and legal disputes caused by errors. Workflow reorganization should be carried out on a regular basis.
