通过对云南省昭通市镇雄赵院煤矿C5煤层原煤筛分浮沉试验的研究,分析了该煤层中全硫及形态硫在不同粒度级和密度级中的分布规律。结果表明,全硫和黄铁矿硫在各粒度级中分布较均匀,其含量在各密度级中的分布基本上是随着密度级的增大而增大;黄铁矿硫占全硫的比例随着粒度级的增大而增大。该煤层原煤的破碎解离性差,整个破碎过程全硫及黄铁矿硫的含量无明显变化,但当破碎到0.5mm以下时,可分离出全硫含量<1.9%的原煤,其产率达93%以上。
Through the study on the raw coal sifting and sinking test in the C5 coal seam of Zhenxiong Zhaozhen Coal Mine in Zhaotong, Yunnan Province, the distribution rules of total sulfur and sulfur in the coal seam at different particle size and density are analyzed. The results show that the distribution of total sulfur and pyrite sulfur in each particle size grade is more uniform, and the distribution of sulfur content in each density grade basically increases with the increase of density grade. Pyrite sulfur accounts for total sulfur The proportion increases as the size of the particle increases. The raw coal of the coal seam has poor crushability and dissociation, and there is no obvious change in sulfur content and pyritic sulfur content in the whole crushing process. However, when it is crushed to less than 0.5mm, raw coal with total sulfur content <1.9% can be separated and its yield reaches 93% or more.
