患者曹某,26岁,农民,第二胎,停经7个多月。五天前在家由旧接生婆无消毒下用纺纱锭针人工破水,于1983年11月2日8时娩出7个多月大小胎儿,性别与成活等情况不明。产后出血不多,11月3日6时高热,当夜11点急诊入院。查体:体温38.1℃,脉搏120次/分,血压20～40/0～20毫米汞柱,重病容,心率120次/分,律整,呼吸发憋,两肺呼吸音粗,肝脾未触及,腹胀,下腹压痛,无明显反跳痛,宫底脐下一指,阴道分泌物不多,未闻及臭味。诊
