相较于古代社会,现代社会在社会结构、文化背景、经济发展模式等方面都发生了巨大变化,对现代“工匠”提出了新的要求。培养现代“工匠”重要阵地的现代职业教育就必须顺应新的要求,在继承传统优秀精神资源的同时,赋予现代工匠精神以新的精神内涵,它不能靠单纯的理论灌输,也不能靠某个单一的养成渠道或途径,它是一项教育的系统性工程,必须以系统性思维通盘考虑。
