校本发展是新一轮基础教育课程改革背景下,我国教育理论与实践工作者借鉴西方校本理论而形成的一种重视学校自身力量、倡导学校自主发展的教育理念和办学实践。作为一种理念,它主张在政府宏观调控和社会积极参与下,学校自主办学、自主发展;作为一种实践,它具有多种不同的发展指向和发展路径,表现出多样化的发展形态。学校为本、自主发展、特色发展是其最重要的内涵与特质。
School-based development is a new concept of educational philosophy and school-running practice that emphasizes the self-development of schools and encourages the autonomous development of schools under the background of a new round of basic education curriculum reform. The educational theory and practice workers in our country have borrowed from western school-based theories. As a concept, it advocates that schools should run their own schools and develop autonomously under the government’s macro-control and social participation. As a practice, it has many different development directions and development paths and diversified development patterns. School-based, independent development, characterized development is its most important connotation and characteristics.
