When Bu was carrying his three-dimensional animation “Mayan stone” into Beijing, the Chinese CG (3D animation) community was shocked. Before that, no single person in China could single-handedly produce three-dimensional cartoons, let alone Bu Yi was still an undergraduate student. Today, the CG community in China is trying to create their own 3D animation, bringing together more than 200 experts in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing to spend millions and millions of hours to produce a film with a length of only 5 minutes Three-dimensional animation “Qingna.” In the developed United States of America, there are also very few 3D animation productions for individuals. A university graduate from the United States took 3 years and a half to produce a 10-minute three-dimensional short film “f8”, honored as Hollywood’s glory. But BU a time-consuming 13 months produced “Mayan stone” as long as 44 minutes. In the face of Bu Yi, the media industry was also shocked. China National Audiovisual Press and Bu Yi co-founded the first animated studio and signed a 360,000-yuan 3D animation. CCTV, Shanghai TV and many other media also Bu Yi conducted a follow-up interview.
