企业改制后要独立承担运营风险,所以改制后的企业要想持续健康发展,资金运转顺利就变成了一个更加突出的问题。资金运转是公司采购、销售等所有部门的连接纽带,无论哪个部门的资金运转链条断了,都会给企业带来相当致命的危害。若资金运转顺利,改制后的企业可以拥有充足的流动资金,可以在供应商、经销商及客户之间营运自如,可以安排出专项创新资金;倘若资金运转出现断链现象,银行贷款、供应商欠款,甚至员工工资都会带给企业巨大的压力。由于内部资金运转不灵而导致改制企业改制效果被抵消的现象比比皆是,所以资金运转必须引起改制企业经营者及投资者的高度重视。
