目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的含量及有关物质。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 nm,5μm);以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:0.1)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长256 nm。结果:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯在5.2~208μg·ml~(-1)线性范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),最低检测限为0.03ng。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的含量测定和有关物质检查。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of methyl paraben and its related substances by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 nm, 5 μm) and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (50:50: 0.1) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength 256 nm. Results: The linear range of methylparaben in the range of 5.2 ~ 208μg · ml ~ (-1) was good (r = 0.999 9) and the lowest detection limit was 0.03ng. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of methyl paraben and related substances.
