地理学是研究人类生活在其中的地理环境的科学,而环境科学研究的对象也是人类环境,即研究人类环境系统的发生、发展及其改造和利用的科学。两者研究的对象一致,加上地理教学和环境教育教学的教学特点都具有综合性、实践性和开放性。可见地理教育与环境教育不论是在教学内容上,还是在教学方法上都有相关的切入点,因此,利用地理教学中进行环境教育的渗透切实可行,因此作好地理教学中环境教育的研究就显得特别重要。
