本文报告了银川地区84对先天性畸形配对病例对照研究发锌与发铜和新生儿先天性畸形的关系。研究结果表明,全分类畸形儿病例对照两组产妇发锌、发铜含量分别为129.85ppm,15.69ppm和133.55ppm,16.40ppm,未见显著性差别。对神经系统畸形发锌铜分析发现,病例组产妇发锌、发铜平均含量及发锌/铜比值(分别为104.32ppm、14.00ppm和8.11)低于对照组产妇(分别为160.23ppm、16.97ppm和10.02),差别有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。
This paper reports 84 cases of congenital malformations in Yinchuan, a case-control study of hair zinc and hair copper and neonatal congenital malformations. The results show that the total classification of deformity children control two groups of maternal zinc hair, hair copper content was 129.85ppm, 15.69ppm and 133.55ppm, 16.40ppm, no significant difference.
