为寻找我省沥青路面在低温雨季的有效养护新途径,在我省低温雨季的4月份,应用一吨阳离子乳化沥青进行了以修补沥青路面坑槽为重点的现场试验。现场试验做了在不同气候条件下,不同的施工方法和不同的矿料的对比试验。共计补坑26处24.11平方米,封面6处64.33平方米。现场试验的初期成型和使用观测半年多的情况表明:效果良好。应用阳离子乳化沥青,是解决我省沥青路面在低温雨季养护问题的有效途径,并可待推广应用于沥青路面的新建、大中修和养护工作中。
In order to find a new way for effective maintenance of asphalt pavement in low temperature during the rainy season in our province, in April of the province with low temperature and rainy season, a one ton cationic emulsified asphalt was used to carry out a field test focusing on repairing asphalt pavement. Field tests done under different climatic conditions, different construction methods and different mineral materials comparative test. A total of 26 holes at 24.11 square meters, cover 64.33 square meters. The initial formation of the field test and observation of the use of more than six months showed that: the effect is good. The application of cationic emulsified asphalt is an effective way to solve the problem of asphalt pavement maintenance in low temperature and rainy season in our province, and can be widely applied in the new, medium and large repair and maintenance of asphalt pavement.
