在今年“3·15”国际消费者权益保护日,自治区工商行政管理局发布2016年度广西消费维权典型案例。2016年,广西各级工商部门、消委会共受理消费者投诉举报1.8万件,为消费者挽回经济损失3105万元,查处侵害消费者权益案件667件。广西首例汽车消费“退一赔三”维权案2015年1月14日,王女士夫妇与柳州市翔鹏汽车销售有限公司(下称翔鹏公司)签订汽车购销合同,以4.55万元的价格购买一辆轿车,并委托该公司上牌。8
On this year’s “3.15 ” International Day for the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Autonomous Region Administration for Industry and Commerce released the typical case of consumer rights in Guangxi in 2016.
