采用挤压铸造和铸锻复合成形方法生产汽车转向控制臂,研究了铸锻复合成形及后续时效对AZ91D镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,铸锻复合成形后,合金发生再结晶,制件组织细化,控制臂受力部位的抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度和伸长率较挤压铸造都有所提高。经时效处理后,抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度进一步提高,但伸长率有所下降。
The steering control arm of the car was produced by the extrusion die casting and the die-forging composite forming method. The effects of the die-forging compounding and subsequent aging on the microstructure and properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that the alloy recrystallizes and the microstructure of the alloy is refined. The tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and elongation of the stressed part of the control arm are higher than that of the extrusion casting. After aging treatment, the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness further increased, but the elongation decreased.
