综合钒渣钙化焙烧硫酸浸出液的溶液特性及其钒浓度低、杂质离子繁多的特点,采用溶剂萃取法制得了高纯度五氧化二钒。对钒渣钙化焙烧硫酸浸出液萃取过程、洗涤过程、反萃过程、酸性铵盐沉钒过程进行了系统研究,旨在探索出一种从钒渣钙化焙烧硫酸浸出液中清洁高效提取高纯五氧化二钒的新工艺,为高纯度五氧化二钒技术开发与未来的生产实践提供数据支撑。结果表明:在较优的工艺条件下,制得的精钒品位高达99.991 5%,整个工艺的钒回收率达到88.78%。
Based on the characteristics of the vanadium slag calcined sulfuric acid leaching solution and its low vanadium concentration and numerous impurity ions, high purity vanadium pentoxide was prepared by solvent extraction. This paper systematically studies the extraction process, the washing process, the stripping process and the vanadium precipitation process of acid ammonium salt in calcined leaching process of vanadium slag calcined so as to explore a method for the clean and efficient extraction of high purity pentavalent oxide Vanadium new technology for high purity vanadium pentoxide technology development and future production practice to provide data support. The results showed that under the optimal process conditions, the grade of refined vanadium was 99.991 5%, and the vanadium recovery of the whole process reached 88.78%.
